What You’ll Do 

PR & Content 

  • Write and edit content across formats — media pitches, ghostwritten articles, blog posts, client communications, internal communications/e-blasts and social media copy. 
  • Develop media distribution lists to support senior leaders. 
  • Manage the internal editorial calendar, designing eblasts, blog posts, or client outreach based on what is happening in the industry.  
  • Meet directly with clients via Zoom, Teams, or other remote tools to develop strategy and keep projects moving. 

Digital Marketing 

  • Help plan, execute, and track digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other channels. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and pull together basic reporting so we know what’s working and what’s not. 
  • Assist with website content updates, SEO basics, and digital asset creation as needed. 

Find A Rainmaker & Martech 

  • Assist in coordinating and onboarding clients to Promova’s martech software services, including Find A Rainmaker (FAR). 
  • Help support FAR client communications, reporting, and platform walkthroughs. 
  • Learn the tech side of our business and become a resource for clients navigating our tools. 

General 

  • Track hours spent per client and on company work. 
  • Take on special projects as they come up. At a company like ours, that means you’ll touch things most people don’t get near until they’re at least 10 years in. 

What We Ask 

  • 2–5 years of experience in PR, communications, digital marketing, or a related field. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills across different formats and audiences. 
  • Tech-enabled approach, with a strong discernment for brand voice and narrative that makes the story yours  
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own time. Fully remote means we trust you to deliver, and you trust us to support you. 
  • Organized and detail-oriented. We’re a lean team, so follow-through is how we build trust. 

Compensation 

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience. Details will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview process. 

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time
