We will never ask you to get coffee (we promise!). Our Promova interns work directly with our leadership team and clients, playing a critical role in various functions such as operations, client engagement, public relations, market research, branding, and marketing technology.
We’re looking for students who:
- Possess excellent writing and communication skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and are detail-oriented.
- Are team players who can manage tasks independently in a fully remote setting.

In this role, you will be required to:
- Assist with Promova and Find A Rainmaker’s social media.
- Streamline daily and client case workflows, update client agendas
- Coordinate onboarding or project-based packages for clients
- Research media training content and populate training guides
- Create/generate PR documents and reports
- Participate in client meetings and note minutes of meetings as required
- Editing: Content rollout editing/review, blog posts, website content, social media posts
- Update Promova blog posts
- Suggest and develop efficiencies for Promova and client work
- Coordinate clients’ print jobs as needed for graphics and branding projects
- Assist in project-based website design tasks (once trained)
- Dress in business casual for client meetings with a professional virtual background.
- Other duties as assigned.
