Promova’s Mid-Year Update: Big Moments, New Ideas & What’s Coming Soon 😉

We’re only halfway through 2026, but somehow it already feels like we’ve hit a full year’s worth of milestones. From meaningful client visits and our annual retreat to industry conferences, new thought leadership columns, welcoming new team members, a look back at our brand story, and a book on the horizon, there’s a lot of momentum here at Promova.

So, before the year moves any faster, we’re taking a moment to look back at a few highlights, starting with how Promova came to be.

Promova Brand Story

A client recently asked us how Promova got its start, and it gave us the perfect reason to look back at our earliest days. Every brand has an origin story, and ours began with a name, a friendship, and one very honest conversation about a logo.

What started as a simple request for feedback grew into a shared vision for an agency rooted in strategy, creativity, collaboration, and trust. Today, that vision continues to guide the work we do, the clients we serve, and the team we’re building.

Getting Out From Behind the Desk

Our team retreat in New Orleans, LA, gave us space to refine our internal processes and strengthen our business development efforts. We honed in on what matters most: deepening our relationships with our incredible clients who trust us with their stories and contributing to their growing footprint.

We also attended the annual Legal Marketing Association Conference, Passle’s Live CMO Series, and met with clients in person. For example, Ioana Good and Eniola Olaogun met with clients in New York City to talk about all things SEO and GEO. Natalie Magierski met with a client to provide strategic communication guidance for their growing internship program. These conversations, along with key takeaways from industry conferences, provided a deeper look at the people, programs, and goals behind the brands we support and helped us shape communications strategies that are not only meaningful but genuinely connected to the work being done.

And because we believe in practicing what we preach, our team continues to contribute to the broader conversation through our own thought leadership.

Welcoming New Team Members

One of our goals this year is to streamline our processes. With that in mind, we welcomed Liz Fisher to our team as a Project Manager, focused on improving project workflows, supporting client engagement, and helping teams operate more efficiently behind the scenes.

Already, Liz has made her mark by streamlining our operations and helping clients with strategy. Liz is based in California and comes to us from Cal Poly, where she partnered closely with IP attorneys and founders to support company launches.
