When clients think about your firm, do they look at you as the first place they turn to when they have a problem to solve? If not, you’re missing opportunities to generate business and be a partner that’s synonymous with solutions. Every interaction with a client creates an opportunity to demonstrate the power of your firm’s brand and enforce the message, “We’re here to solve your challenges and are always ready to help.”
Recently, I had two brand interactions that left me feeling very different about each company. While these were not interactions with legal firms, the experience highlights how important every interaction with clients and customers is for creating loyalty and making your brand the one they want to continue doing business with.
I ordered two similar products from two companies to be delivered to my home. These were the first orders I had ever placed with these companies, and I did so expecting to like both of them and order more products from each company. I’ll call them ABC Corp and 123 Corp. rather than name the companies in this article.
