As we celebrate Women’s History Month, it’s essential to acknowledge the significant strides made by women in various fields. This month provides an excellent opportunity for firms to reflect on the progress achieved and the work that still lies ahead.
Ioana discusses the new ABA’s project to support women in the legal field which aims to promote resilience and adaptable thinking among women lawyers, laying a foundation for success and advocating for transformative change within the justice system.
According to ABA President Mary Smith, “This initiative, created by the Commission on Women in the Profession, is grounded in the science of personal development and structured with daily tasks that foster the resilience and adaptable thinking that are hallmarks of successful legal careers.”
