Our Commitment to Innovation
This year, we continue to refine our company with our theme: “Streamlining for Success.” At our 2024 company retreat, our team explored innovative ways to enhance our services and deliver greater value to our clients. A key focus has been on developing Find A Rainmaker (FAR) 2.0, which leverages behavioral data for optimal team formation. We were thrilled to present this groundbreaking approach and platform at the Legal Marketing Association (Southeastern) conference. It has been so rewarding to offer clients a reliable and rapid way to gain insightful data and make informed decisions about revenue generation, team formation, and customized training. As we all strive to maximize our time, this tool is helping companies make significant decisions about the best use of their time and resources to fuel sustainable growth. We have some exciting new features in development that we will launch and showcase at upcoming shows and conferences, so stay tuned for more information.

We’ve also had the privilege of collaborating with outstanding clients across the legal, tech, and AEC industries on PR, corporate communication, and branding efforts across thirty-six states. One of our notable projects includes our partnership with Signature Aviation to market their Signature University Program, helping them differentiate themselves in a competitive market by offering cutting-edge learning opportunities. Our work with their team helped propel awareness and use of the training platform across their organization, increasing the completion of their leadership courses by 237%! We are deeply grateful for their team’s trust in us to bring their vision to life.
