Behavioral Data Helps Form Impactful Teams and Informed Training

Our behavior is analyzed every minute we interact and transact online. This analysis feeds the ads we see when we browse the web, it tells us movies and shows we should watch and even where our next vacation should be. Take, for instance, Netflix – how does it know what shows we would enjoy? The answer is simple; Netflix has one of the most advanced algorithms for analyzing your behavior and predicting what you want to watch next. Companies like Google and Facebook are collecting data about how we interact on the web and which ads we are most likely to respond to. This massive amount of data paints a unique picture of each of us based on how we interact online, what we buy, who we know, and what we watch.

But how can behavior analysis tell us more about where we should invest our time for maximum gain, what kind of colleagues we should align with, and what part of a business (sales, marketing, operations etc.) we will best perform in. We each have distinct behavioral characteristics that expose how we handle challenges, what we tend to do in a conflict, and how much restraint we show. These things can be revealed using proven analysis techniques, and the results can help us make more informed decisions that drive success…
