What You’ll Do 

Client & Project Management 

  • Keep client projects on track across Promova’s PR, branding, digital marketing, and martech engagements. You’ll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.  
  • Coordinate with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget.  
  • Track project milestones, hours, and client communications. Support onboarding for new clients and help them feel the Promova difference from day one. 

Process & Operations 

  • Help build and refine our project management processes. We want someone who sees a better way and speaks up. 
  • Create and maintain project timelines, status reports, templates, and workflow documentation that keep the team aligned. 
  • Identify bottlenecks before they become problems and proactively flag risks to leadership. 

Find A Rainmaker & Martech 

  • Assist in coordinating client onboarding, communications, and reporting alongside the team. 
  • Help ensure martech deliverables stay on schedule and clients have a seamless experience with our tools. 

General 

  • Track hours spent per client and on company work. 
  • Comfortably use Microsoft Planner, with the option to explore other project management tools  
  • Serve as a second eye in editing outgoing content as needed. 
  • Take on special projects as they come up — at a company like ours, that means you’ll touch things most people don’t get near until they’re 10 years in. 

What We Ask 

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project management, account coordination, or operations. Agency or consulting experience is a plus but not required. 
  • Proficiency with project management tools and comfort with remote collaboration platforms. 
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal. You’ll be client-facing. 
  • A bias toward action. We’re a lean, fast-moving team. If you see something that needs doing, we want you to do it. 
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule. Fully remote means we trust you to deliver, and you trust us to support you. 

Schedule 

  • Part-Time with potential to grow into a larger role as Promova scales. We’d love for this to be the start of something bigger. 

Compensation 

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience. Details will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview process.
