This month allows firms to celebrate the social, economic, political and cultural achievements of women and girls and support their advancement.
March is an opportunity for firms to promote cross-functional executive discussions on being a woman leader, but these efforts should not begin and end in March. The 2026 GiveToGain theme, which centers on the idea that what women leaders invest in others returns to the profession tenfold, makes this an especially powerful moment for the legal industry to reflect, recommit, and act.
