Ioana shares her background story about immigrating to the U.S. and how after two decades of working in PR, corporate communication and crisis communications, she partnered with longtime colleague Adrien Maines to launch Promova, LLC, a woman-owned PR and branding agency. The pair went on to found Find A Rainmaker, a cloud-based platform that helps companies measure behavioral traits to drive revenue growth.
Promova, which means โto propel and advanceโ in Romanian, specializes in helping companies leverage technology and data-driven insights to enhance their messaging and strategy.
