It’s Our Birthday – A Year of Success Fueled by Innovation and a Refusal to be Complacent! 

Promova’s birthday is September 21 – wow, how a year can fly by! We want to give thanks to our clients, our people, advisers, friends, and families. We would not be here without your partnership and support!  

As we celebrate another year in business, we look back at our company’s exciting accomplishments and share some news about where we’re heading! 

This year, we have expanded our headcount and are proudly working with clients across 34 states and varying industries. 

In April, we officially launched Find A Rainmaker (FAR), a rapid behavioral assessment tool that typically takes only six minutes for someone to complete. The results are compared to benchmarks we created from hundreds of rainmakers from multiple industries. FAR uses biodata to identify strong media spokespeople, lead generators, closers, analytically minded, and creative marketers. The tool provides comparison reports and team formation data to drive BD and PR training and coaching, helps companies place people in the right roles to grow exposure, and uses informed data to fuel revenue. 

This year, we have built strong partnerships with skilled business development coaches who are using this tool to train clients (theirs and ours). For those interested in mastering media interviews and growing their brand, Promova continues to provide media training and work with our clients to offer CLE credits.   

Promova is proud to be a woman-owned business, and we have expanded in other ways, notably by increasing the number and diversity of other women-owned businesses within our network. We continue to foster growth and change in our communities by supporting companies like Black Girls CODE, Big Dreams Bloom, and Project Scientist—all of which advocate for increasing STEM education for young women and expanding their careers. Members of our team are also actively involved in educating the next generation of leaders via instruction opportunities at Northeastern University and the Community Colleges of Vermont.  

We love what we do but also love hearing about the personal lives of our clients and people. From our inception, we have strived to create a company that embraces and celebrates the diverse people and businesses that trust us to help them gain exposure, promote their brands, and provide more jobs. We continue to remain true to our slogan:

We are excited to celebrate the things we have accomplished but are even more excited about what the future holds. We continue to innovate and develop our technology, both for our own business and to provide effective tools for our clients. Continuing this is a primary focus for the coming year as we adapt to the use of new technologies like artificial intelligence and automation. Innovation is a core tenant of our precepts and will always be fundamental to our success as we embrace the mindset that complacency is devasting for any business.
