Promova has the privilege of working with creative, driven clients who engage us for a range of services, from a few hours a month to a full-time outsourced marketing team. 

Position:
Mid-Level Account Executive 

The candidate must have strong communication and organizational skills. Must have the ability to lead across day-to-day and big-picture efforts. Must enjoy a fast-paced entrepreneurial where team collaboration and creative ideas count! Must be a creative thinker and enjoy working in a remote environment. The candidate may interact directly with Promova clients to develop strategic media pitches, ghostwrite content, write internal company communications, and pitch stories to the media.  

  • Bachelor’s degree in PR, communications, journalism, business, pre-law, or related field. A law degree is also acceptable.   
  • Have at least 2-5 years of agency or in-house PR experience with established media contacts. 
  • Excellent writer and an outstanding pitcher. 
  • News-junkie! We need someone who stays on top of the latest trends and developments for Promova clients. 

In this role, you will be required to: 

  • Meet with clients via Zoom, Teams, other remote software, or in person if circumstances warrant. 
  • Develop and pitch story ideas to relevant publications. 
  • Pitch and secure media opportunities. 
  • Organize interviews, track work, write, and edit as needed. 
  • Participate in media training and simulation. 
  • Assist in coordinating and onboarding clients to Promova’s martech software services. 
  • Take on other special projects as assigned. 

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time
