Each year, Ragan selects “the brightest minds and boldest initiatives in internal communications,” and this year, the Signature/Promova team is recognized for the promotion and design work of Signature University, a program built to provide engaging and effective learning and development to help employees achieve their full potential.
The campaign, “Signature University’s Drive for the Most Miles,” achieved these results:
- Online Learning Hours: Increased 373%
- Leadership Courses Completed: Went up 237%
- Learning Video Watches: Rose 297%
- LinkedIn Learning Courses Taken: Up 199%
Signature University aligns with Signature Aviation’s core values, mission, and strategic objectives. The learning outcomes are linked to key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals, ensuring employees contribute meaningfully to the organization’s success.
The Signature/Promova Team created a 12-month Communications and Branding Plan to outline messaging, branding, and campaigns for the year ahead. Together, the team worked to audit existing marketing assets and determine what succeeded and what didn’t. Additionally, the team developed a focus group survey and collected employee responses, which included rating current class satisfaction, areas for improvement, motivational factors for professional development, and more. By redesigning communication and materials and creating buzz around the campaign, Signature demonstrated that the organization values professional growth and is committed to employee development. This work allowed Signature to update the curriculum to meet the latest industry standards, ensuring employees are well versed in all aspects of Signature’s service and everyone remains ahead of the curve with industry-leading safety and client service.
