It’s Our Birthday: Thank YOU For Being The Spark That Fuels Our Success
September 21 marks Promova’s birthday, and we want to express our deep gratitude and thanks to our clients, friends, families, and everyone who has helped shape our success – your trust and passion inspire us to deliver our best each day and innovate. We are immensely proud that all our clients have experienced growth this year; some have seen their revenue increase by 40–50%, demonstrating what’s possible while we work side-by-side and focus on strategic PR and brand initiatives.
Each year, we take the time to strategically focus on refining our services, helping clients discover new ways to grow, and delivering greater value. Here are some key highlights from this past year and glimpses into what’s to come.
Driving Innovation and Growth
During our company retreat, we unveiled our 2025 theme “Innovate. Elevate. Scale.,” setting the tone to supercharge client projects, exceed PR and marketing goals, and harness the latest technology to deliver next-level results and scale. We welcomed new clients and employees while expanding our services. This year, we rolled out hands-on support for detailed award submissions, branded microsite launches, cutting-edge content, AI policies, and strategic corporate communications addressing corporate restructuring, change management, mergers, company dissolutions, and crisis response. Our focus always remains on our core practice, corporate public relations and branding.
Making the Unassailable Difference with Our People
This year, we welcomed Krystina Sibley as our Director of Content and Communications to the team. With over 25 years of experience in PR, branding, and communications – including her background in running the content and creative team at Holland & Knight and working with AEC clients throughout the U.S. – we can offer strategic communication services and content-focused campaigns to a wider range of clients. We also elevated Natalie Magierski to Senior Public Relations and Strategy Advisor, and her commitment to crisis communications, media training, and strategy, as well as public relations, helps clients take their initiatives to the next level. After graduating from Northeastern University and gaining experience through our co-op program, Promova hired Eniola Olaogun full-time as a PR + Branding Coordinator to assist with copywriting, branding, and PR strategy. Oh, and she oversees our
NEU co-op program, too! (Go Huskies!)
Celebrating Award-Winning Campaigns
In April, we celebrated being a recipient of Ragan’s
Employee Communications Awards for our collaborative work with Signature Aviation to promote and design Signature University, an engaging learning and development program. Together with Signature’s Team, we increased the completion of courses by 237%. Our services included a Communications and Branding Plan, marketing assets audit, and the redesign and branding of the curriculum for the award-winning campaign “Signature University’s Drive for the Most Miles.”
For Women’s History Month in March, we dedicated our campaign to #
WomenWhoInspire, featuring industry innovators in journalism, entrepreneurship, law, AEC, and technology, while focusing on the new generations of women transforming their industries and the world as a whole.

Giving Back to the Next Generation & the Industries We Serve
One of our pillars is giving back, and it is an honor to provide the next generation with opportunities to succeed. Since our inception, Promova continues to support Black Girls Code, Project Scientist, and Big Dreams Bloom. When we can support each other in creating a more inclusive and innovative future, we can lift up the next generation and make a better world for all of us.
For #GivingTuesday each year, our team members select an organization to which they want to
give back, and Promova proudly supports and funds this effort. Promova has also partnered with select clients to provide PR and branding services for local food banks.
This range of achievements and contributions enables us to think about our clients’ business needs from unique perspectives, always moving forward mindfully. Thank you for your continued partnership. We are so grateful!
